Last week we were on vacation, so I behaved badly. No excuses, I just didn’t make myself think about what I was eating–or how much–so that resulted in some unhealthy food choices. It didn’t help that we seriously were “off the grid” so I couldn’t really use MFP.

Anyways, after doing nothing yesterday except some essential chores, I’m back at it today. My food has been pretty healthy and I did a couple workouts. The “swimming” was really lessons with Madi which turned out to be more of a workout than I thought it would. Handling a squirmy, not-exactly-fond-of-water 11-month-old while also keeping her face out of the water and in a permanent squat position (granted, that’s in water) all for 45 minutes–geesh!
