Here’s this week’s haul from the grocery store. We got stuff to make jambalaya–I had a coupon for BOGO for Johnsonville sausage, which was the inspiration. (I got andouille for the jambalaya and chorizo for something Mexican next week, haven’t decided yet.) Also got some veggies to have with a roast chicken–fresh green beans, sweet potatoes (me), and asparagus (Nick). I plan to make some sweet potatoes for Madi this week too, and some pears. Now I just gotta make it all!
