Some of what I’ve prepped for the week–a beef rump roast with some carrots and celery in the slow cooker and some mashed sweet potatoes to go with pork chops (yet to be made). It’s pretty hearty stuff I’ve made, but all things in moderation. The challenge group I’m in for the month ends on Sunday, so I’m certainly keeping that in mind for portion-size–I want to win that prize for most pounds lost 😀
