For lunch today, I had this:
a pulled-pork quesadilla.
It is a whole wheat tortilla filled with the slow-cooker pulled pork (about 2 oz), some shredded cheese, and some chopped up bell peppers and green onions.
These aren’t that bad. Not as spicy as most quesdillas I’ve had, like from restaurants and stuff. But I’d probably make one of the other recipes, as this calls for me taking out the Griddler (you could probably use a bacon press, too, for those like me who would be no good at trying to flip it). So it takes a little extra prep.
