new workout {1} step aerobics

Last week, I did a step class at my winter gym. And I have to be honest–it was harder than I thought! My coordination is okay, so I picked up on the moves alright. If I got off, I paused and waited til I could get back in step. But it was definitely more of a cardio workout than I thought it’d be. And I loved it! There was a little bit of sculpting at the end of the class.

All in all, the backs of my legs felt tight for two days. I am a little sad that the class at my gym is only offered once a week, at a time I can do it that is. But that’s okay–5:30 every Wednesday, I’ll be there 🙂
